Graphic Designer & Watercolor Artist
Custom Wedding Invitations, Paper Goods, Typography, Branding & Identity, and Custom Artwork
I’ve been an artist since I can remember, learning to paint and draw from my architect father and self-taught after that, But in 2018 after 15 years in marketing and an unplanned “life break” I knew I had to build my career around something I truly loved. So I made art and design my fulltime pursuit. I took formal classes in drawing, painting, design, and color theory at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and later pursued a Master’s in Fine Arts in graphic design from Boston University.
I’ve never looked back - being a designer is what I was born to do. It makes me happy to make other people happy.
I love all types of creative pursuits from handmade to digital and am constantly exploring new ways to create. My first love is still watercolor and that remains the basis of much of my work for clients. I also work in branding & identity creation, typography, and design for any type of print work from posters to long-format magazines and books.
I currently have a Design Fellowship with the American Institute for Graphic Artists (AIGA) and I teach graphic design part-time at Boston University.
MFA, Graphic Design - Boston University, 2021
